There are multiple leases being negotiated over 100,000 sq. ft. that are expected to close before year end. 2024's office stats are strong. 𝐒𝐋𝐎𝐖: The market is already starting to see a slowdown in new touring activity. With Thanksgiving and other holidays coming up, there are fewer new real estate requirements that are kicking off. Many of these groups will begin touring next year. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄: If your building is negotiating existing deals, you have a lot going on. But if you're just marketing available space, it may seem quieter than it had been in prior months. This is nothing to fret about.
