REA employees Rachel Cumming and Rob Cumming welcomed their daughter to the world in 2022, using our gender agnostic parental leave policy and hybrid working model to share caring responsibilities and bond with their little one. The pair shared their story with our parenting and caregiving platform, Circle In, to demonstrate how families can leverage their workplace’s policies and benefits, and work together to thrive in all areas of their lives.
