4wI like shopping on line because I seem to have more options with my sizes. The high street usually stock what sells the most Kevin Gibbons. I wonder to what extend does the service people receive in the stores reflect the satisfaction scores. I heard that most of the stores on Regent street make losses but they take the space mainly for brand awareness, so I wonder how the high street presence drive the online searches and sales.
