Did you know that while all ladder users should perform pre-use checks, detailed ladder inspections are crucial too? These formal visual inspections should be carried out by a competent person on a regular basis. For most theatres, this would usually be done on a 6-monthly or annual basis. Training staff to do this in-house offers the venue efficiency savings in both time and money, whilst allowing you the flexibility to carry out inspections as and when you see fit. Just concluded a 3 week #theatre #drama workshop. I’ve always believed that drama is tied to personal growth, it's not only a creative art form but a pathway to becoming better humans. Comfort is playing safe, a space where we are not challenged, where everything is predictable and monotonous.  When we face #discomfort, we encounter uncertainty, vulnerability, and the risk of failure, which are intimidating. Once we realise that #discomfort is temporary and leads to #growth, it can become easier to embrace it. #Drama, teaches —by asking performers to step into new roles, face fears, and express themselves beyond the ordinary. My experience with #theatre #drama reinforces the fact that breaking through these barriers can lead to something beautiful and meaningful. The Agent Mildred Yuan Focus on a very important subject as The cold climate is effecting our industry, in both short and long term. How massive The Effect will be in reality for people, to The Art forms, genres,Access for the Audience and The economy etc if we for example loose young new talants in The beginning of their carrier or The very experienced talants on The top of their game if there are few jobs left due to cut downs. -There can be ways to navigate in this climate to keep it going and try to avoid The negative gaps. Beyond words network is a model and an important tool to try to keep going. With fruitful cooperations between venues, Artists and teams from The industry we together help maximize The culture resources to keep The important infrastracture of the industry going for our audience artists and tech teams etc . The Beyond words network is an important 'key' to continue forward and try to 'Survive until 25 and stay in The mix until 26' with The Focus on The Art, Artist, Audience. The co-partners need to really know The industry and have knownledge of the culture echosystem (educations, profession, economy, politics etc) as well as all co-partners have to know The mission and why we all do this together to keep a professionell Balance and The best possible outcome! In February 2024 The Beyond words network was participating in The Swedish Culture political event Folk och kultur to give input on this important matter and how we collaborate. We continue our work TOGETHER and of course hope for a much 'warmer' climate in The near future.
