Are you ready to make a TRUE impact on the lives of countless children across the globe? 🌍 Do you believe in the power of education and the potential of young minds? 🎓 If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are excited to announce the inception of a new nonprofit organization, Kits4Kids. 🚀 This organization is dedicated to bridging the gap in access to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) opportunities across different social classes. 🔬💻📐 In today’s rapidly evolving world, STEM education is no longer a luxury but a necessity. However, access to these opportunities is often limited by socio-economic barriers. At Kits4Kids, we aim to eliminate these barriers and provide every child with the tools they need to explore, learn, and grow. 🧪🧠💡 We are looking for a co-founder who shares our vision and is ready to join us on this journey. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s direction, developing strategies, and making key decisions that will impact the lives of children worldwide. 🌐👧👦 Your role will involve: Team Building: Recruit and manage a team, fostering a strong organizational culture. Networking Abilities: Build relationships with potential investors, partners, and customers. Visionary Leadership: Set a compelling vision for Kits4Kids, inspiring others to join your mission. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the drive to help us build Kits4Kids from the ground up, we would love to hear from you! Please fill out the Google form to express your interest and tell us more about yourself. 📝 https://lnkd.in/ewWkrPuF Together, we can empower the next generation of innovators, scientists, engineers, and leaders. Let’s work together to create a world where every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to reach for the stars. 🌟💪🚀

How did Dropbox go from 5,000 to 75,000 users overnight? They changed from describing their solution to empathetic alignment with their customers problem. Watch the video and within 40 seconds you can feel you are both engaged with the problem and see their solution. https://lnkd.in/eU3g-VpQ Thanks to Guy Manzur for originally posting the video! Back from an inspiring team week in Seattle, I am grateful to be part of a company that values culture and teamwork. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Reflecting on roots: Being on campus reminded us of Microsoft’s beginnings, highlighting the consistency and perseverance - skills that are important to carry every day. 2. Giving Back: “Microsoft Give”, a company program filled with initiatives to support various social causes through fundraising and volunteering. This is a reminder that giving back is my a human responsibility, that should continue year-round. 3. Team Spirit: We engaged in different activities, reinforcing that work is a team game and an opportunity to serve. 4. Pure Joy: Starting the day with rehabilitated foster ponies—pure serotonin! #microsoft #microsoftgive

Hey, all. Today’s good read is a little bit different from what I usually share. It’s a course in accessibility fundamentals offered, free, by Microsoft. It contains 7 modules, and should take you less than 3 hours to complete. At Amazon, we celebrate May as Global Accessibility Awareness Month - so I think May is a great time for you (and maybe your whole team!) to do a couple of modules a week, and learn more about accessibility. Make it happen! #accessibility #A11yGoodReads https://lnkd.in/gDKwfYeS
