Hiring Alert Just one keyword "Hiring Alert" took attention of many people on LinkedIn. This was an awareness post for job seekers to read the post carefully before you apply to any job advertisement. Post reach went to almost 10K in just 36 hours. With comments "interested" and "consider me". While some people sent their CVs directly to my inbox. JDs were not realistic at all (unfortunately many companies and HR have unrealistic requirements these days). While not paying attention what's written in post, they just read "Hiring Alert" and started to apply. These people may be a real cyber security threat to their personal data /email and for the current employer, they can easily click any phishing email related to hiring and that can lead to a major cyber security threat. So, the lesson for all job seekers is to pay attention before you apply for any job or clicking the link. We all learn from mistakes. Learning always includes the mistakes, but don't repeat the mistakes, just learn. There were some people who understood it and shared their thoughts as well, so we can say that all users on LinkedIn aren't applying blindly. Good luck to all job seekers.

Hiring Alert !!! We need fresh graduates having experience of 10+ years in Telecom Power Utility, cyber security, network audit and ICT with 5 years in presales and design. Minimum 2 years as project implementation engineer. It will be a 3 months probation which can be extended up to 6 months and after the completion of your probation. We’ll look for another one and you’ll get a completion certificate with mango party. If you are interested please share your portfolio.
