What is partnership marketing and would I do it? Absolutely! With over 25 years in the business, I'm all in! It's a strategic alliance between businesses, exemplified by our vendor partnerships to educate and have fun team building or just saying thank you. Top property management companies and clients participate with events like The Educational Iron Chefs, Brew and Learns or other team events. My Florida vendor partners include industry leaders such as GreenTeam | Building Services, Premium Parking, DMI Paving & Sealcoating, TRINTEC CONSTRUCTION INC., ATI Restoration, LLC, Sherlock Landscaping, Airstron, LLC, and Atlantic & Caribbean Roof Consulting. The main goal is achieving mutually beneficial marketing objectives, such as expanding audiences, enhancing brand recognition, attracting new customers, and reinforcing loyalty. Are there Perks? Play Nice 🤔 Las Vegas’s SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter showed up strong at SIOR Global Spring Conference in Florida! It’s always interesting to see the interactions among Las Vegas brokers, especially at conferences. Our market is collaborative yet fiercely competitive, with top CRE brokers from national firms competing while understanding the importance of getting along. In Vegas, it’s all about relationships and long-term growth. Being unethical can burn bridges with owners and brokers, hurting future deals. Our brokers aren’t just top producers locally but also rank among the top 100 nationally. I appreciate our brokerage community because we compete for the same business but still mostly play nice. If one broker wins a listing, others might bring the tenant or buyer, so collaboration is key. The fact that we compete and can still get along is what’s special about our Vegas brokerage community. Even with occasional friction, we have a solid broker roster. Hearing about toxic dynamics in other markets makes me appreciate our market even more. With egos it’s not always kumbaya happy-fun-time, but for the most part, you can work through any controversy. At the end of the day, a toxic brokerage community would hurt everyone. It makes me appreciate the Las Vegas brokerage dynamic even more.
