Small wonder anyone looks at my Profile, but I welcome answers to why you looked. My big wonder now is a literacy development app. I'm looking for something completely different--or for people who can create it. You?

You are announcing it in English and showing an example in English, but I'll believe it when I see it. I certainly have seen a "chat" something in the "support" section of the app, but I am only able to recall MANY examples of failed support and no useful answers to my questions. For the chatbot, I have tried Japanese, too, but so far have failed to find a question that is simple enough for it to help with. I want to believe Rakuten Mobile is moving in a positive direction. I have even had (and reported on) a few positive experiences. Two of them were recent. But my "customer loyalty" has been burned off and it would be quite easy for KDDI or J:Com or a reincarnated eMobile to get my business if'n they really wanted it. (Not so easy for the other two biggies, but those are long stories. LinkedIn hates long stories.) Maybe I'll test it out tomorrow? I always have some questions, though I've already "forged" my own answers for a bunch of them. But I sure ain't hold my breath in eager anticipation.
