Medicover Polska Kamila Skorupińska - What is happening with your India Group? Why do you hire people , when you all cannot follow basic HR practices? Hiring performer based of their region and religion and then firing the rest of them without giving them proper notice is the most unprofessional thing to do. You don't hire #NorthIndians #Muslims #Christians and then you make them travel only to your toxic workplace. In the last two months, 15 resources have been fired/terminated without any reason or logic because they are not "Yes Man" and promoting non-performers is nothing but enough to make your brand and your HR team - One of the most toxic culture companies at least in India. Highly unprofessional. #notagreatplacetowork #toxiccompany #poorHR #rejectoffer #worstmanagement Simply don't hire. Because talent and professionalism are not #workethics at Medicover Polska, India. In today's interconnected world, it's disheartening to hear statements like "We don't hire from India." This mindset overlooks the vast pool of exceptional talent that India offers. With over a decade in the healthcare sector, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with brilliant professionals from India. Their expertise, dedication, and innovative thinking have been pivotal in driving our projects forward, particularly in areas like IVF, Gynaecology, Mental Wellness, and Community Health. Dismissing talent based on geography not only limits a company’s potential but also deprives teams of diverse perspectives that spur innovation and growth. Indian professionals are known for their strong work ethic, adaptability, and creativity—qualities that are invaluable in today’s fast-paced business environment. Let's move beyond outdated hiring practices and embrace a truly global approach to talent acquisition. Diversity is a catalyst for innovation, and by welcoming skilled professionals from all corners of the world, we can achieve greater success together. #Diversity #Inclusion #GlobalTalent #Innovation #Hiring #India #TalentAcquisition

This has been something that has been on my mind for a long time. It has been almost 4 years since the first lockdown began in India. All of us has had enough time to get over and reflect the impact this time has had on our careers. Most of us worked from home. Several of us moved back to our hometowns to work from home. However, there were some companies who strove to make their employees' and their relatives' lives miserable. Let me elaborate how. There were some multinational organizations who had employees working from cities away from their hometowns. Client visits were impossible. But these companies insisted that their employees continue paying rent and stay alone for no reason. Their work would not have been affected had they worked from their home towns. But, no, the companies had to keep their employees isolated and miserable. If you were such an employee, I feel for you and you deserved better. If you were the decision maker who took such a stupid decision, it is time to apologise to your employees and acknowledge your huge error. #ceo #COVID #wfm #engineering #pharmaceutical #oilandgas #IT #marketing

"Feeling frustrated with the lack of constructive feedback culture in healthcare administration. 🤦♂️ It's time to shift from criticism to collaboration! Let's embrace #ConstructiveFeedback and empower each other to grow professionally. In India, we often see a reluctance to provide direct feedback due to cultural norms. Instead of offering specific suggestions, many resort to vague criticism, hindering growth and innovation. But change starts with us! 🌟 Take inspiration from Indian companies like Tata Group, who prioritize open communication and feedback loops. By fostering a culture of transparency and trust, they drive continuous improvement and excellence. Let's follow suit in healthcare administration! Whether it's offering praise for a job well done or providing constructive criticism, let's ensure our feedback is actionable and fosters growth. Together, we can create a supportive environment where everyone thrives. 💪 #FeedbackCulture #ProfessionalDevelopment #HealthcareAdministration #IndianExamples #healthcare #hr #HealthcareAdministration #administration #management #humanresource #LinkedIn

Many employees in India struggle with daily motivation due to a mix of factors: feeling underpaid, lack of skill alignment, job insecurity, and a monotonous work culture. When employees don’t see growth, recognition, or purpose in their work, they disengage. Employers must foster an environment of trust, skill development, and fair pay to reignite enthusiasm. Empowering employees with learning opportunities and meaningful work can transform workplaces into hubs of energy and innovation. #EmployeeMotivation #WorkplaceCulture #CareerGrowth #IndianWorkplace #LeadershipMatters
