Last year at Gartner, after a few days most of the conversations around AI could be summed up as: 'AI. It could be good, it could be bad, meh, we'll wait and see' There was a lot of what I lovingly call 'fluff' (Not to be confused with WH40K good fluff). In most cases it was vague promises of the wonders of AI, mock ups of what the future could look like and promises it was all 'Coming soon, honest!', like AI, ML and LLM are brand new things ;) We showed off the first iteration of our Intelligent Support assistant (Definitely in the 'Good' bucket! Will not try and take over the world.) This year at Gartner, we've announced our new AI powered Intelligence package, that our PM/ENG Teams have been feverishly working on for quite a while!
