Happy Children’s Day! to all those who have a clean heart but even with grey hair... Today, as we celebrate the joy, curiosity, and boundless energy of childhood, let’s take a moment to reflect on a powerful concept that children embody effortlessly: the balance of exploration and exploitation. In the world of endless possibilities, this balance is essential—it’s about learning through exploration to discover new possibilities, while using past experiences to make informed decisions and gain rewards. Children are masters of this; they venture into the unknown, question everything, and learn fearlessly. But as we grow older, many of us shift gears and lean heavily into exploitation—repeating only what has rewarded us in the past. We stop exploring new ideas, new paths, and new adventures. This Children’s Day, let’s reignite that childlike spirit within us. Let’s dare to explore, innovate, and rediscover the joy of learning. Let’s balance exploration and exploitation not just in algorithms, but in life itself. It’s time to bring out the inner child and embrace the beauty of curiosity once more. #HappyChildrensDay #ReinforcementLearning #Curiosity #ExploreAndGrow

As children, we are natural explorers, constantly asking questions and seeking to understand the world around us. However, as we grow older, our perspective often becomes fixed, and our inquisitive nature takes a back seat. We are taught what to learn, rather than how to learn. Practicality is prioritized over passion, and knowing the right answers becomes more important than asking the right questions. The desire to appear knowledgeable often leads us to suppress our curiosity, fearing that it might make us look foolish. Yet, it's this very curiosity that has the power to transform the world, offering fresh perspectives and fueling creativity. Wayne Dyer once said, “𝑻𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒖𝒑 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒕. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒍𝒚.” There seems to be a societal pivot point where adulthood replaces childhood, often defined by age. But who says these two mindsets can't coexist? We have the ability to reclaim the boundless potential and self-belief of our youth. We can reset our minds to embrace a childlike perspective, reigniting our sense of exploration, joy, and continuous learning. It's never too late to reconnect with that childlike wonder, to rediscover the freedom to be whoever we want to be. Age should never limit our capacity for imagination, adventure, and growth. After all, we're never too old to live with a youthful spirit and an open heart. BETTER HUMAN – A commitment to SELF. FAMILY. COMMUNITY #BetterHuman #LiveLifeBetter #ThinkLikeAKid #LifeReflections

𝟓 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 🤔🤔🧠🧠 Ask Open-Ended Questions: Instead of providing answers, encourage questioning by asking "why," "how," and "what if" questions. This stimulates their thinking and curiosity. 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Create a safe environment for children to explore their surroundings. Provide opportunities for hands-on experiences, experiments, and play. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Sharing stories ignites imagination and curiosity. Discuss characters, plots, and possibilities. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: Show your own curiosity by asking questions, exploring new things, and expressing wonder. Children learn by observing their parents. 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Excessive screen time can hinder curiosity. Encourage outdoor activities, hobbies, and interactions with the real world. By nurturing curiosity, you're empowering your child to become a lifelong learner, a creative thinker, and a confident individual. Remember, every child is born curious; it's up to us to keep that flame burning bright. Read more #curiosity #schools https://lnkd.in/gdzFKkZ

Jorge Luis Borges once wonderfully stated: “Being with you and not being with you is the only way I have to measure time.” Einstein’s theory of relativity revolutionized our understanding of time, suggesting that time is not a fixed entity but rather a relative concept that can vary depending on the observer’s speed and gravitational field. Or, said, the idea that time, as we perceive it, may not be the absolute, linear progression we assume it to be. (timetrex) That leads us to the question: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀? Krupa Padhy's article for BBC states, "Children's perception of time is relatively understudied. Learning to see time through their eyes may be fundamental to a happier human experience." It explores why time seems to move more slowly for children than adults. Researchers suggest that children's perception of time is influenced by their emotions and lack of understanding of structured time (hence the struggle with grammar by small children). For instance, kids often rely on their feelings to judge how fast or slow time passes. Memory and novelty also play a role; new experiences feel longer. As people age, routines and fewer life changes can make time seem to speed up. Slowing down and engaging in new activities might help adults regain that childhood sense of slower time. Time to learn something new. 😉 #wcf #worldchildforum #innovation #time #youth #children #education #personalgrowth #davos #growth #learning #theworldwewant

You belong where you feel free! Nurturing Young Minds: The Gift of Freedom and Support I want to share a heartwarming story that emphasizes the importance of guiding young minds with care and understanding. It all starts with a simple yet powerful act of gratitude: thanking my parents for giving me the greatest gift of all - freedom. Imagine a young student with a passion for art seeking advice from well-meaning adults about their career path. Instead of asking about the student's achievements and goals, the adults jump in with their own experiences and advice. One suggests finance for stability, while another regrets not pursuing medicine. This overwhelming flood of opinions can cloud the student's artistic dreams. This highlights the need to listen to young people and support them based on their aspirations, not our own experiences. As a society, let's commit to guiding young minds with curiosity and openness. By encouraging them to follow their passions, we not only help them succeed but also gain fresh perspectives that can benefit us all. Next time a young person seeks your guidance, inquire about their achievements and goals. Let's create a nurturing environment where freedom and support work hand in hand to pave the way for a brighter future for everyone. I am grateful to my parents for giving me nothing but freedom - a freedom to direct my own wings. This gift has empowered me to make my own choices and carve my own path in life, and I am committed to passing on this gift to others. I have seen firsthand how this approach can make a positive impact, and I encourage you to do the same. Let's empower young minds to soar to new heights and create a world where everyone's potential can shine. #education #empowement #yourhdevelopmemt
