Achieving the level of muscle mass often seen in professional bodybuilding is not usually possible without the use of steroids. These external drugs can pose serious health risks, including kidney failure, lung complications, and other potentially life-threatening conditions. While I don’t want to discredit the effort bodybuilders put in—many give 200% to achieve their goals—I think it's time for a shift in how we view this sport. In India, I believe we should start encouraging and promoting natural bodybuilding competitions. This would not only make the sport healthier but also ensure that it's accessible and sustainable for future generations. Let's create a fitness culture that prioritizes health and longevity over extreme and potentially dangerous standards. A sport should enhance life, not risk it, and we owe it to our loved ones to promote a safer and more natural path.

Instead, we feed them all junk food right from the baby food like Cerelac and watch soap operas sitting with children. We don't exercise either. This way we poison our children physically and mentally both. You post a comedy circus or something spicy from Bollywood or Hollywood, for instance, you will see your post is getting maximum hits.
