The Power of Influence. It was great to connect with Amrapali Gan (ex CEO of OnlyFans), Alex Zaccaria (CEO of Linktree), along with Damian Routley (COO of Founders Factory) at 180 Strand. OnlyFans and Linktree are outliers. Part of a very small cohort of direct to consumer Creator Economy businesses that have achieved global scale, are continuing to grow at pace and have succeeded in getting users to pay. Their skill has been in understanding Creator Community needs, and solving problems which incumbent social media platforms have failed to address. As the market shakeout continues, expect to see a new generation of Creator Economy businesses emerge who use AI tech to foster and deepen audience community.
