The last two days I had the privilege and the immense pleasure to work with an amazing team of HR enthusiasts through an exciting Team Booster. 🚀 The team takes care of all the young talents, trainees, and students at our #Airbus site in Ottobrunn and we looked at the Energy Leadership™️ Model as a central part of our workshop. The model was created by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and offers a powerful framework for understanding our energy and consciousness levels. It outlines seven distinct levels of energy that we can operate from, ranging from the lowest (level 1) to the highest (level 7). Each level represents a different mindset, perspective, and way of approaching life and challenges. By becoming aware of these levels, we can better understand ourselves, our reactions, and how we can shift to higher levels of consciousness to lead ourselves and others more effectively. Through various sessions the team worked hard to establish their vision, mission, and core values, and we literally felt the energy levels rising. With this new and conscious look at the team purpose they also created an even stronger connection btw the team members. I share in the joy of Rola receiving the Best EQ award received by Mercedes Benz SA! Such a priviledge! This past week we interviewed a very talented young man, which failed himself due to the poor management of his strength (nl. his energy). EQ = a combination of self-awareness; self-regulation; Social skills; empathy and motivation. Managing all of these factors are critical in receiving awards, landing a job, being a leader and overall reaching success. #justareminder #selfregulation

Shaping the future together! 🚀☀️That was the central theme I highlighted at the Youth and Apprentice event this month. It was a fantastic opportunity to look back on the past year together and gain new perspectives. Therefore, I would like to share the following thoughts with you: 💭 As a guest speaker, I had the chance to give insight during the 'Coffee & Culture Talk☕️' with Konecranes executives on how we can further develop our company as a place for all generations. Throughout the year, there has also been active exchange on topics such as the new generation in the job market, corporate values, sustainability, diversity & inclusion. It's always enriching to receive new ideas and broaden my perspective. Because the exchange about challenges and ideas is crucial for our common future🌟 Prejudices against our generation, Gen Z, should not be generalized because we are diverse in our interests, values, and abilities. We are a generation full of energy and potential, deserving of support and recognition. As an #Liftfluencer🪝🔗 and part of Generation Z, I firmly believe that together with all generations, we can shape the future. Therefore, I urge you to let us use our talents, learn from each other and support one another to succeed as a team. Because each of us contributes to ensuring that the company not only achieves economic success but also becomes a place where trust is paramount, where each individual feels valued and heard. Let's create a more integrative work culture and recognize diversity both between and within generations. Because our strength lies in collaboration, and we all contribute to shaping the future 🫵🚀
