But I have some better ideas! - Invite your Admin to lunch. Together. With you. Engage in conversation and lean in. Get to know them. - Schedule a 1:1 and verbalize your gratitude using specific examples of times when they really made a difference. - Ask for their input! Your Admin is generally the eyes and ears of the organization. They have a perspective you wish you could have 😉 - Invest in your Admin. Provide resources for professional development. Now, when April 24th gets here and you’re frantically stopping at Starbucks that morning, don’t say I didn’t try!
