Never in my million thoughts, I thought of making 1 Crore+ in so less time. But you know making 1 Crore is not that makes me feel fulfilled as a coach today. But impacting 20,000+ lives through my Morning Ritual Miracles (MRM) Session makes me feel content today as a coach when I look back in my coaching journey. Before I go further, if you have been part of my MRM at any point in time, I want to extend my gratitude to you for being part of my journey. You gave the real meaning to my dream. So coming back to my journey… I never imagined I could create my life. MRM, my YT channel, have posted 500+ videos, across all my social media channels, hosting two successful offline events with many inspiring souls and… And became the author of my 1st Best Selling book - The Magic Of Failure! All the above happened but there is a long journey behind this… I’ll be honest here with you today… I was not happy with my job with all the pressure. When I say pressure, I don’t mean work pressure. I belong to a family where hard work is our second nature. So it was not the work pressure, but the pressure of the question that was haunting me… A voice in my head that kept saying to me, “Amol, this is not for you.” And now this voice was building pressure on me to find the answer of, “What is there for me?” It was risky. But it was now or never situation for me. And I led on a journey of self-exploration and one thing after the other… Hard work was still there but it felt magical. There were hard decisions to be made but they felt right for the first time. With more clarity after each step, With more learnings after each try, With more lessons after each failure… I felt stronger with my tribe to keep moving for them. That’s how my Morning Ritual Miracles program was launched in 2019 while working closely with the souls looking for the answer as mine. 𝐎𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐬 𝐂𝐁𝐓 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 There are many different methodologies to coaching - Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach to coaching, Solution Focused coaching, NLP coaching, psychodynamics approach to coaching, gestalt approach to coaching, positive psychology approach etc, just to name a few. What’s the difference between ontological approach vs CBT? I was asked this specific question by a potential client. That question sparked my curiosity. So I compiled some differences and responded to the client. I’ve also decided to put down my thoughts into a blog article and share my views. The differences are obviously compiled with an inherent bias because I’m an ontological practitioner and not CBT trained. My intent is to spark some curiosity about the distinctions and hopefully create learnings for some. #ontologicalcoaching
