Vote for a change! But change what ? No political party in this world has ever given a change in their short term of 4 to 5 years. No political party has ever fulfilled it's promises on many needful issues. The poor always remain poor, and the rich become richer. The common man has no role as he has no money to either invest or participate in the country building except voting. All the development takes place for the affluent. All the products are produced only for the affluent. Every political leader almost either comes to rule, earn, or ensure their second career. Despite all weaknesses almost all political parties have, in India after a long time a leader Mr.Narendra Modi has brought in change in whatever one may say to be visible to the entire world that our rich ( if not poor) have a greater stand in the political world map of development at least in greater infrastructure. The world's businesses are for the rich only and for those who strive to become rich for earning. This competition will never die anytime. The infrastructure definitely gives an avenue of opportunity to look forward for the aspiring middle class to become elite and the poor to come to middle class and poor to benefit whatever in greater way on the services of this infrastructure. Whatever that we saw 70 years or more was not enough and the advancement we see now in the last 10 years is notable ,whatever mudslinging each party does, one strong man with his insights good or bad has done more good towards India's image in the world forum as one #reasonable and visible. So a few minutes ago, I was working with a colleague of mine, Branding and Communication Team Lead for SMFEST AWKA at a place we had booked as our work station and after a while of the mental work, we decided to step downstairs to get a fresh air and then a brunch. By the time we got settled and placed an order of the things we needed, while we waited for them to get them ready, we started having a Mind-Ful and Meaning-Ful Conversation that led me to share a part of my growth journey story with him. He then asked one very thoughtful question, he asked, what three (3) words describe you? Emmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Guess the three (3) words that best describe me, 📌God 📌Purpose 📌Humanity. I didn't struggle to mention these three words because, the 3 of them have been infused into my being. He said to me, "Having talked with you so far, the words are just true, your love for God and bringing God in everything is there, the sense of purpose, and your love for humanity that's driving the impact you are making is true of you". I just thought further, take away these three things, what else matters??? Take away God from me, I am nothing. Absolutely nothing. Take away my drive and sense of purpose, then life becomes empty because what am I living for if not for purpose. And my love for humanity drives and fuels everything I do as a person. What's the message in the whole of this story? 📌Build yourself around these three (3) things. 📌Have a clear sense of purpose that you don't struggle to sell that to people around you. 📌Cultivate a strong love for people. Greatness is not a race to the top, it's a race to the downward ladder. It's in coming down that you make the lives of others more meaningful. I hope you find more lessons on your own from this piece. Meanwhile, no one has asked me this very question the way Jeremiah Mbata actually did.
