We're enjoying the Gitpod webinar with 🚀 Lou Bichard, Roberth Strand, and Puja Abbassi! "‘If you build it, they won’t come’—how to drive platform adoption in highly regulated industries?" And what do you know, Chris Plank ☁ (a friend of Syntasso!) asks a great question about the tradeoffs of how much of a platform an organisation should build to demonstrate the value to developers 🤔 Both Roberth and Puja share their experiences on the need to focus on solving well-defined pain developer points and aiming for the "thinnest viable platform" to act as proof of value. Lou also adds that creating a TVP/MVP can provide a valuable mechanism to learn and iterate 🏗
