It’s the patient journey that makes it an outstanding experience! Think carefully about how you’re: - greeting your patients coming in - speaking to your patients on the phone - engaging with your patients online - and when they're in the waiting room Consider all the small touches you could offer to enhance their experience because ultimately the patient experience is the vehicle through which they perceive their total clinical experience with you!
