This one day, engaging and interactive short course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to confidently carry out a recruitment and selection process. The program will provide participants with an understanding of the Recruitment and selection (Directive 07/23) and how it is applied in practice. Designed by the Queensland Public Sector Commission and delivered by the Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML), the program will give you the ability to conduct a recruitment and selection process that is culturally safe, fair and transparent.
