Today, we faced a heartbreaking reality. Out of a group of excited children eager to watch a soccer game, 17 couldn’t join us—not because they didn’t want to go, but because their parents had no way to get them there. My car, with just five seats, was only able to bring a few children along to enjoy the game. 💔 ⚽️ volunteers cancelled Transportation is a significant hurdle for us, and it limits the experiences we can provide. Imagine what it would mean for these children to have a dedicated vehicle—a van or larger car that could bring the whole team along. They deserve to feel the joy, teamwork, and energy of a soccer game, right in their own community. We’re immensely grateful for the support we’ve received, but today showed us that there’s so much more we can give with the right resources. With a larger vehicle, we could expand our reach and make sure every child gets a chance to learn, laugh, and build memories that will last a lifetime. SC Johnson makes every employee take a compliance and ethics training every year. Tom Tsatsaronis - has created a workplace violence and age discrimination against a protected class, that goes above and beyond any behavior situations provided in the online training. SC Johanson and their HR Department, claims that they have done an investigation on Tom’s behavior/workplace violence and age discrimination. I guess “Tom” is just a “difficult manager” to work for! There are (4) women that have come forward about Tom’s workplace violence and age discrimination. I have also had several employees that sit near me and within in 50-75 feet of my cube, approach me and said that I need to go to HR about Tom’s workplace violence/hostile workplace environment. The (4) woman and the several people that have approached me about Tom’s behavior can’t be wrong. I wonder what our peers think? There are (4) woman, 50 and older, (a protected class, (3) being 60 and older (again, a protected class). If you have worked at SC Johnson and have had similar issues with the company/HR, or have worked with Tom Tsatsaronis and have had similar workplace violence issues, age discrimination against a protected class (40 years and older), hostile workplace issues, belittling, etc. with please reach out to me.
