Chief Broadcast Officer of Shoppertainment Live Inc., Lawrence Lee, shared in his opening remarks during the SLI 2024 State of the Live Commerce (SOLC) about the incredible exponential growth and capacity of the company: "What we did in three years--2020, 2021, and 2022--we were able to accomplish in 2023. The thought of it almost amazes me, and it’s kind of overwhelming in a way. Fast forward to date, there are BAUs where we mount up to 46 hours of livestreams in a day. But there are D-days and paydays where we mount up to 84 hours of live stream in a day. That is the reason why what we accomplished in 2023, we were able to achieve in 6 months this year. But, obviously, the year’s not done, we still have 3 months to go, and the numbers are still growing… it’s a good challenge and keeps us on our toes. MediaZest Plc (AIM:MDZ), the audio-visual systems provider, saw its market value jump by up to two-thirds on Monday after it revealed it was in talks with major brands over new deals. Two major brands have already agreed to proof of concept tests and management expects a multiple instillation agreement to be signed in summer. New potential clients supplement MediaZest’s ongoing business with its current customers, which include Lululemon, Pets at Home, Britvic and Castore. MediaZest said it experienced a notable uptick in demand for its services and has already received an additional £350,000 in new orders, adding to its total recurring revenues. Geoff Robertson, the group’s chief executive said: “In addition to the new business wins already achieved this year, we are currently in final negotiations on a number of projects which, if successful, will lead to significant contract confirmations before the year-end.”... During my market visit to Golarchi City, I briefed the retailers on Gross Add 4G and Multiplay, focusing on discount bundles and new SIM offers. I activated two discount bundles with the retailers during the visit. I also visited Stop and Shop retailers and guided them on this month's KPIs. To boost bundle sales in the market, I educated low-recharge retailers on high-value bundles, explaining how these could increase their revenue.
