The aim is to gain control or influence without driving up the stock price. ⚡ Risks: Regulatory Scrutiny: If regulators discover the gradual accumulation of shares without proper disclosure, it could lead to legal issues. Overpaying: Remaining "under the radar" can sometimes lead to acquiring at a higher overall price due to misjudging market trends.
