You need to justify why NOT to give flexible working. 🕦 Work-life balance - you are advertising "I treat my employees like humans". Is this really the best you can offer? Also, avoiding burnt out staff is in your interest... 🌱 Growth - this helps you as much as it helps the employee... Benefits like these are like your boss giving you a £1 coin for your bonus at Christmas.
