A smart battery is a battery that has an embedded microchip that can communicate with a smart charger or a smart device. A smart battery can provide information such as its state of charge, state of health, temperature, voltage, current, and capacity. Some of the advantages of a smart battery are: • It can optimize the charging process and prevent overcharging or undercharging, which can extend the battery life and performance. • It can monitor the battery health and alert the user when the battery needs to be replaced or serviced, which can prevent unexpected failures or damages. • It can adjust the power output and consumption according to the device's needs and preferences, which can improve the energy efficiency and user experience. • It can enable wireless charging and data transfer, which can reduce the need for cables and connectors, and enhance the convenience and safety of the user.

Spatial apps should adapt to their context! Current XR systems fail to take into account the full power of spatial technology - that apps can exist anywhere, in any context. Lets envision a future where apps can adapt - growing and shrinking based on where they are in space - hand/head/body/wall/bookshelf/table/♾️ This prototype was heavily inspired by Mark Weiser's 1991 article "The Computer for the 21st Century". In this, Weiser lays out his vision for ubiquitous computing, describing interaction forms defined as tabs, pads, and boards. (https://lnkd.in/e5sxCHqj) Now we live in the future, Tabs, Pads + Boards can be seen everywhere, in the form factors of computers we use (smartwatches // phones // tvs) and in the operating systems we interact with (widgets // phone apps // pc apps).
