’Twas the end of the year in Aotearoa land, Where builders and planners had much to command. The Property Council had laboured with care, To shape the industry with wisdom to spare. 330 meetings, with officials and more, To open the pathways and unlock the door. With stakeholders gathered, alignment was sought, On policies crafted, with progress well-wrought. The gender gap narrowed, a reason to cheer, With 45% female speakers this year. While the Inclusion Alliance took their place, Driving for change with strength and with grace. The Build-to-Rent Bill crossed its first mighty stage, With cross-party support marking a new age.
