"Well, you've got a contract so..." I was shocked when a client told me their media agency said this. The client wasn't happy with their performance. The agency wasn't very responsive wasn't trying anything new and this was their response when the client asked to move on. We all advise our clients about the importance of reviews and social proof the value of word of mouth and customer referrals being customer-centric and providing a great experience. Well, this may be a shock to some agencies but this applies to us as well. Don't be like a utility company.
