At any day and any time I will always go for EMD 2-stroke turbocharged diesel engines. They are easy to maintain and troubleshoot. I worked on them, the 645E & 645E3C,in Ghana Railways for close to 30 yrs and it always a pleasure dealing with them.

The Mongolian version of the Australian GT46ACe locomotive. Do they have the horribly stiff throttle/dynamic brake handle like the Australian version?
