Apprenticeship funding rules have been updated for 2024/2025, and the changes have just been released in version 1. Colleagues at DFE have listened to feedback, resulting in welcome changes, updates, and clarifications. Some of the changes include reviewed minimum requirements for active learning and updated language on progress review frequency. Starting from August 1, 2024, active learning is required every three calendar months for the front-loaded or block release delivery model. The training plan must also contain a brief description of the delivery model to support the active learning policy. Additionally, a summary of the progress review discussion must be recorded and shared with all parties, signed by the provider and apprentice. Employer signature is no longer required. For more information, please refer to the updated funding rules in the link below. #apprenticeships #fundingrules2425 https://lnkd.in/estPWsuT

We thought you might be interested in knowing that the Solvendis Compliant Apprenticeship Documentation Pack for 2024/25 is now available. Building on what we produced in 2022/23 and 2023/24, we have again been asked to produce a pack of key documentation for 2024/25 which complies with the funding rules and best practice. Quite a few of the documents used in 2023/24 have had to be amended, with several new documents also having to be introduced. The pack size has increased to 19 documents in 2024/25. As per the pack we produced for last year, all documents will be provided in editable format for modification, branding and use by providers. The documents included are: - Declaration of Recruit an Apprentice service - Application Form - Assessment of RPLE - Training Plan - Apprenticeship Agreement - Small Employer Declaration - Care Bursary Declaration - Care Bursary confirmation of Payment - Agreement of TNP - Progress Review - Off-the-Job Training Log - Judgement for Level 2 Functional Skills (Brand New Form) - Learning Support Plan - Learning Support Record (Brand New Form) - Learning Support Review - End of Programme Summary Statement - Gateway Declaration - Confirmation of Employment until Completion - Change of Circumstances form The pack is now ready for distribution, and is great value at just £75 plus vat (less than £4 per document). Provider contributions should be sufficient to pay for the time taken to produce the pack and providers will hopefully be better prepared and more compliant come audit. Should the funding rules change between now and 1 August, we will update any documents impacted and issue revised documents for no additional fee. To request your pack, please send a simple email to [email protected] stating: 'Pack Please - happy to pay the £75 contribution' – the pack will be sent by return email. Hope this is helpful.
