With EcoVadis Silver and Achilles Certification, they’re integrating sustainability into key areas of their business. Sustainability reporting is important, but the true value lies in how we leverage that data to drive change. Ventim is doing this by using data strategically to optimize business practices while advancing their sustainability goals. While we may all be on different journeys, every step counts.🌱

Yesterday, RYAM published our 2023 Sustainability Report, which highlights our progress in innovation, environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, and governance. This is by far our most detailed report to date and would not have been possible without external support from Matt Reese and the Curran & Connors, Inc. team as well as Matthew Gardner and Brooke McDonald at Sustainserv. Key achievements from this year’s report include: - Greenhouse Gas Emission Reductions: On track to achieve a 40% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030, with nearly 78% of our energy sourced from renewables. - Strengthened Social Initiatives: RYAM continues to prioritize social responsibility, expanding employee engagement, diversity, community investment, and workforce development programs. - Biomaterials Innovation: Successfully launched our 2G Bioethanol facility in Tartas, France, as part of our biomaterials growth strategy. - Climate Scenario Analysis: In alignment with TCFD, we disclosed findings from our recent climate analysis, supporting proactive planning for resilience.
