That's not even 1% of our job description! On some days, we are a guide to people lost in their jobs. On the other days, we act as their therapists. We play the role of administration between employees and companies. Make sure to validate your leaves in front of your boss. We handle harassment cases with care and confidentiality. Just like candidates face rejections, we face rejections from our MOST PREFERRED candidates too! It's always challenging to manage people. I've faced the most strange situations sitting in an interview.
