Today, I want to share with you an effective breathing technique called Diaphragmatic Breathing. When done correctly, you will be awed at the control and power you gain over your body and mind. The technique is simple. Find a comfortable, flat surface where you can either sit or lie down. Sit up straight, relax your shoulders and put one hand on your chest and one on your stomach. Breathe through your nose for about two seconds and then purse your lips gently, exhaling as if you were whistling. Why am I sharing this? Because in a world where we often find ourselves overwhelmed, burnt out or stuck in survival mode, breathing properly can be a catalyst for emotional release and transformed life.
