The process can significantly help unified product teams that want to optimize delivery, as well as siloed teams that want to reduce waste associated with handoffs. Using DVSM, you can understand the role that each step plays, and then optimize those steps so that each utilizes the least amount of resources (cost, time, and human), while still satisfying the customer’s needs.

Another interesting video for those interested in seeing their project go to market. While there is much I want to see completed in my own projects, I understand that I must meet the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) before expanding further. But as for what those MVP's should be, that will serve as the foundation for your product. This is much easier now-a-days, especially for software applications. Since we can simply create demos or vertical slice presentations online for that global reach, and gauge what the general reception is and make the needed adjustments early in development. Regardless, a good video to watch, even if you are already and familiar with MVP's. https://lnkd.in/gHAi46UM
