Being "almost there" excites us. It opens doors for innovation and adaptability in a field that’s always evolving. We’re committed to evolving with it. 𝟮) 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: Data is an essential element of our strategy. We work fact-based and consult reliable resources. We advocate for transparency and take a firm stance against greenwashing practices and cover-ups. 𝟯) 𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲: To adapt to the dynamic nature of the challenges we face, we remain flexible in our approach, and adapt where necessary. We will repeat our yearly impact assessment and establish regular check-ins to evaluate our progress. 𝟰) 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: True sustainability for us is not limited to addressing environmental challenges. On top of environmental stewardship, it should also include social equity and robust governance. 𝟱) 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: We don't subscribe to a top-down approach to sustainability. We value our employees' feedback and actively seek it through internal surveys and brainstorming sessions. Everybody gets to have a say. To ensure we stay on track with our goals, we have created an in-house sustainability team, consisting of our sustainability consultants Femke van Riet, Kaatje Blockx and Els van Hooft and our management, Sebastiaan F.M. De Block & Marit Overbeeke. These rules ensure we stay consistent and true to our values, while avoiding complacency and always leaving room for improvement.
