Excited to get my copy of Nick Grono's awesome new book "How to Lead Nonprofits". Nick is an exceptional leader in our space & gave me lots of great advice when I was setting up Open Contracting Partnership. Three of many examples: 1) You can't do everything so be very clear about the trade-offs in your strategy (and continually reflect on if you got the balance right). 2) The importance of well designed #MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) to tell you if you are going in the right direction.
