Possibly one of the most important aspects of coaching, that's required for continual improvement and growth, is self reflection and recognising your weaknesses as well as strengths. After delivering two sessions last night, to two different groups of young athletes, I was extremely aware of my session delivery. Although I've grown hugely, as a coach, since focusing on individual coaching, I'm also aware that this has diminished the fluidity and ease that I used to deliver group coached sessions. This is something else that I'll be working on going forward. 🏊🏼♀️🚴🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️ #reflection #selfreflection #coaching
