"A Trainer's Perspective"
In my role as an IJP Trainer, my focus is on preparing agents for their initial promotions. While training comes with its challenges, the rewards are deeply satisfying. I take great pleasure in understanding the specific requirements of each agent and developing customized modules and training materials that cater to their needs, which I consider essential for effective training.
I believe fellow professionals in the training field would concur that understanding and teaching agents while meeting their individual needs is the most rewarding aspect of our job. Furthermore, the profound respect agents show us once they are certified and return to their roles is unparalleled and one of the most gratifying feelings I have experienced thus far.
Overall, being an IJP Trainer allows me to not only empower agents for career advancement but also foster a sense of mutual respect and accomplishment. Witnessing agents thrive after training, armed with newfound knowledge and skills, re-affirms my passion for this role and underscores the importance of personalized training approaches in achieving lasting success.
