Who Are We, Really? I sat down today, pen in hand, and a simple question echoed in my mind: Who are we? In a world filled with filters, facades, and curated lives, we seem to have lost touch with our true selves. Every day, we play roles, wear masks, and craft identities that we think the world wants to see. We chase perfection, not realizing we are drowning in the fakeness we’ve created. We have forgotten what it feels like to be truly seen—for our flaws, our vulnerabilities, our rawness. My doodle, "Who We Are?"—is not just a question but a reminder. A reminder to peel back the layers of pretense and ask ourselves: What part of us is real anymore? The accolades? The carefully filtered smiles? Or the quiet moments when no one is looking? Underneath it all, we are imperfect, we are messy, and we are beautiful in our own humanity. The world doesn’t need our perfection. It needs our truth, our kindness, and our willingness to be vulnerable. Let’s take a moment to reflect—what part of us is truly us? And what part of us have we traded for acceptance, for validation, or for fear of judgment? Maybe it’s time to drop the masks. Maybe it’s time to be who we really are.

The smartest way to raise voice against trolling is to keep quiet. It’s 5th day and people are still sharing the kids photo in the name of opinion piece, or with BSC ad together. Here is what you can do to stand with that young topper girl. 1: Stop sharing her photo 2: Reports people who are still trolling her. Stop forwarding it. 3: Incase you find any opinion alingning with your thought and has her photo in it, please don’t share. 4: Keep yourself in her place and think how would you feel if the world has made you realise that those looks are worth trolling. May be you are strong or woke enough to face that or fight it, but you can’t drag anyone in the conversation and expect her to understand that we are there with her, so stay strong. 4: Leave her alone. We all have made Internet horrible for her.

Have you ever had the feeling of losing your sense of time and space and being totally engrossed in what you are doing??? Feeling fully present with what you are doing or who you are with? Feeling ease, flow and enthusiasm and that you could keep going forever? These are key ways of recognising that you are on purpose and bringing your gift to the world. It can feel that these moments are fleeting and we can be unsure of how to recreate them once we they have gone. Our brain takes over and we end up reverting to the old stories that keep us from living a life of connection and purpose. Whether in our business or personal life, we are all looking for and trying to build deeper connection in all our relationships. It is what we as humans are wired to do. One way of doing this is to bring our gift or purpose, what we are good at, to others in each moment of everyday. Maybe it is time to finally step in and find out what your gift is?? Most of our behaviors happen underneath conscious awareness. That is, they are automatic. You can imagine this like an elephant. An elephant wants to survive, and it will do what it wants to do. The part of our brain that consciously thinks about things is like a rider on top of that elephant. In normal times, both the elephant and the rider can work together. If the elephant is afraid of something, though, the rider is just along for the ride. Your elephant calls the shots, and your elephant is effectively the result of all the genes that have been passed down by all of your ancestors. Your ancestors were really good at surviving, and therefore, the elephant wants to survive at all costs. The concept of thriving or flourishing is of little value to the elephant. STOP. Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop comparing your backyard to someone’s front yard. Comparing yourself to others is dangerous and one of the biggest killers of joy. If you want to compare yourself to someone, compare yourself to where you are now and where you want to go.
