Hello everyone, There are still a couple of open spots for the upcoming IAF Mandatory Documents training I will be delivering next week. We'll be focusing on the most commonly engaged MDs as well as other scheme specific MDs depending on the makeup of the participants. It's a good forum to hear from others regarding their risk based thinking strategies and implementation considerations. We will also be talking about the MDs from the perspective of the accreditation body assessor and discussing some of the intent behind the requirements. If you've ever asked yourself why the MD prescribes certain methods, this class is for you. If you just need a refresher and wish to gain new perspectives, this class is for you. If you just got a new job in a certification body and you are wondering why everyone keeps talking about doctors ("oh no, the MD says..."), this class is for you. MTB Exams are regulated by Ofqual. Recognition by Ofqual is a mark of quality. It shows that as a board, we meet their rules and requirements and can combine expertise in assessment with effective operational delivery. What does this mean in practice? ✅ MTB qualifications fall under Ofqual’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). ✅ Grades 6-8 carry UCAS points. ✅ Included in Department for Education performance tables.

A recent Practice I implemented with an EFL U18 PDP team focusing on (1)⚽️ Attacking Combinations & Efficient Movement In The Final Third. (2)⚽️ Quick Counter Attacking with a 3V2 Overload And Being Ruthless In Front Of Goal. How important it is to make exams transparent - after revised list being published accepting issues with Exam - this is the state of result published at official webpage: https://lnkd.in/dAUbAr9B Malpractices in another exam even after revised result released and acceptance of cheating at few centers in Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand and Bihar. there are serial roll numbers from other states as well - obviously the cheating wasn't at the scale which was seem in the probationary result in these 3 states but still was highly rampant. Many more centers across country needs to be identified for the same issue. Where is the future of nation if there are cheating in a exam that is only for passion - no job after qualifying this exam - no admission to college after qualifying this exam? Its Time to identify the root cause - the same patterns will replicate across other exams in country - is this a new norm for exams in India? Is it how we are looking to make India a developed nation? JOIN HANDS!
