Job Description: Workday As an Enterprise Program Manager, this position reports to the EPMO and is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and coordinating tactical activities amongst a set of related projects within defined programs to ensure that all project managers are working towards the achievement of the program’s objectives. This includes identifying and managing dependencies across projects, facilitating communication between different project/workstream teams, mentoring and coaching Project Managers, reporting consolidated program/project status and financial information to leadership, influencing program management best practices, and ensuring successful program outcomes. Collaborates with designated Leader to organize overall structure of the program, including governance. Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program with guidance from the designated Leader; influences and develops program management best practices. Plans the programs from initiation to completion including deadlines, milestones, and processes. Coordinates and monitors activities amongst a set of related projects/workstreams to ensure that all project managers are working towards the achievement of the program’s objectives. Identifies and manages dependencies across projects/workstreams. Facilitates communication between different project/workstream teams and on behalf of the overall program. Mentors and coaches Project Managers and project/workstream teams. Produces accurate and timely consolidated program/project status and financial reports to leadership.
