Key takeaways from recent webinar, Digital Cities: Empowering innovation through effective governance, include ensuring that key performance indicators and metrics are managed to ensure equitable outcomes across all levels of society. Data quality also plays a crucial role to optimize resources.

🌐 The European Union and the German Government, through Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), are supporting digital transformation in Bosnia and Herzegovina via the EU4DigitalSME project. In addition to financial support, the project has focused on raising awareness and training, providing an opportunity for more than 700 companies to learn about digital solutions.   🚀 The conference "Digital transformation and new business opportunities for SMEs" provided insights into how, as part of the EU4DigitalSME project, consulting firm Luvent from Germany has supported companies in BiH on their path to digitalization:   🔹 8 webinars and 6 trainings were conducted for small and medium enterprises. 🔹 4 awareness-raising events on digitalization were held in Tuzla, Banja Luka, Mostar, and Sarajevo. 🔹 Current topics such as AI, digital marketing, webshops, e-commerce, etc., were addressed. 🔹 2 studies on the acceptance of digitalization in Bosnia and Herzegovina were conducted. 🔹 2 study visits were organized.   🤝 Together towards innovative business models!   #DigitalTransformation #EU4DigitalSME
