Meet Lasse Homann, Consultant at the Hamburg office, who is currently working in the Automotive sector at Porsche Consulting. In his role, Lasse concentrates on supporting clients in the e-mobility and battery industries, addressing their financial concerns, helping them structure their organizations, and assisting in operational planning. This also includes seamlessly integrating new e-mobility lines into existing factory networks.   What was your motivation to join Porsche Consulting? I joined Porsche Consulting after being impressed by the impact of the people I encountered during the application process. The overall application process went smoothly, but what really stood out was the drive and motivation of all Porsche Consulting employees I met. The genuine enthusiasm and spark in their eyes convinced me that I wanted to be part of this exceptional team.   What inspires you and when do you have your best ideas? I’m a team player and convinced that the best ideas emerge through collaboration with others. This is why I find my greatest inspiration in debates and sparring sessions with colleagues who have expertise in areas other than my own. The joint knowledge and experience in discovering innovative solutions for new and challenging client problems serve as a rich source of inspiration and new ideas for me.   How would you summarize your time so far at Porsche Consulting in 3 words?   💡 Learning: In my two years at Porsche Consulting, meeting exceptional individuals has provided me with invaluable opportunities for growth and learning.   💪 Passion: Although I work in the automotive sector, I'm not originally a car enthusiast, but the captivating culture and passion here have turned me into a proud member of the Porsche Consulting family.   🤝 Team: Connecting with colleagues, sharing successes from our projects, and cheering on our collective achievements create lasting memories, especially during numerous team events, our famous Porsche Consulting Weekend, or team dinners.   How do you prefer to spend your weekends? I live on an old farm in a small village with fewer than 30 people. At the weekend, I join my childhood friends to help with farm work or construction activities. There are numerous tasks on an old farm, and everyone is willing to pitch in. The country life makes coming home each week something I look forward to. #Team #Career #Automotive #Consulting

*Sharing My Experience During Onboarding Week at TRATON* From September 9-13, I had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into the TRATON GROUP strategy and future goals. The onboarding week was an enriching blend of stimulating brainstorming activities, engaging games, and invaluable learning experiences. Highlights from the Week: Executive Exchange: This session was a deep dive into the leadership strategies and perspectives from various levels within the organization offering a nuanced understanding of executive thinking and decision-making processes. Self-Leader: If I had to summarize this session in three words, they would be: humble, hardworking, and resilient.Also Focusing on the three pillars of human motivation: autonomy, belonging, and competence. High Performing Teams: We examined the different stages of group development strategies, their implementation, and various perspectives on each stage.This session was instrumental in understanding how to build and maintain high-performing teams. Additionally, the presentations from all the cross-brand: MAN Truck & Bus SE , Scania Group , Volkswagen do Brasil , and Navistar Inc — provided a wealth of information and insights into our diverse portfolio. It was also fantastic to connect with global trainees from different cross-brands, building a robust network while gaining a broader perspective on diversity and inclusion. The week concluded with a heartfelt and motivating farewell, leaving me inspired and excited for the journey ahead.
