We're bringing Mindhouse's Mental Health Circle on Anxiety to Mumbai Even though anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues Indians struggle with, too often it’s either misunderstood or dismissed. Anxiety is more than just a feeling of worry or unease, for many of us it can feel overwhelming, and is often accompanied by physical responses like a racing heart, breathlessness, or panic attacks. Our second Mumbai Circle is on anxiety on 24th August at Chasing Tales, Bandra West, Mumbai. If you have struggled/are struggling with anxiety (diagnosed or undiagnosed), share your struggles in a safe, judgment-free space with others going through the same experience. Register here: https://lnkd.in/dwjsrkAs Or share this message with a friend/family member who might need a safe space to share.

Let's talk about STIGMA, the silent barrier that prevents so many from seeking the help they deserve. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Your struggles are valid, and so are your feelings. Seek help when you need it. It's a sign of strength, not weakness. Share your story, lend an ear, and let's end the stigma once and for all. #WorldMentalHealthMonth #EndTheStigma #MentalHealthMatters #StigmaFreeSociety
