Shame on discrimination by SC judges. They should release all criminals from jail under PMLA court. All ED officials must resign in protest. All their hard work is destroyed. Shame Shame SCI. Granting bail to a criminal under investigation of Khalistan supporters funding and many other corruption charges of thousands of crore, just on personal bond of Rs 50,000/- only. I have seen summery trials and some other cases where a falsely implicated so called offenders under DV act was granted bail for more than Rs one lac with two surety and personal bond with many more conditions, plus many more similar examples. Modi ji on your third term PLEASE BRING JUDICIAL REFORMS. clean the judiciary PLEASE.
Helping companies like Mercedes, Asian Paints, Mars Chocolates, MarutiSuzuki, Hero MotoCorp, Ferrero, P&G, Nestle etc., achieve their energy conservation goals by offering innovative sustainability solutions.
Couldn’t this privilege be also granted to Hemant Soren of the JMM or K. Kavitha of the BRS? They have been arrested under the same PMLA by the ED. They too are politicians who want to campaign for their respective parties. Just asking. Then again there are many instances of gangsters who contested elections from jail. Were they granted interim bail by the Hon. SC to allow them to campaign? Just asking. #india

Gopinathrao Pandurang Munde (12 December 1949 – 3 June 2014) Gopinath Munde introduced the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in the Maharashtra State Legislative Assembly. The coalition government of Shiv Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) enacted the law in 1999. The law was created in response to the rise of organized crime and the underworld in Mumbai. It was the first state legislation in India to address organized crime. The MCOCA gives the police special powers to conduct surveillance and intercept written, oral, and electronic evidence. It also defines organized crime as a group of people who use violence, criminality, and corruption to gain and maintain power and profit. The MCOCA was extended to Delhi in 2002. The first case under MCOCA in Delhi was filed in 2002 against two henchmen of underworld don Abu Salem.
