When I was an active member of the Rotaract Club, one of the most exciting aspects for me was always citing the 4-Way Test. The way it resonates with me, both personally and professionally, is remarkable. As I often reflect on it, I find it to be a powerful guide for how we interact with others at home, in the community, or in business. The 4-Way Test of the things we think, do, or say: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Is it beneficial to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Let's focus on the fourth point: Will it build goodwill and better friendships? In every relationship, whether personal or professional, fostering goodwill should be a priority. Goodwill is the foundation of trust and respect, which strengthens bonds and leads to enduring friendships. In business, it builds networks and partnerships that can thrive on mutual understanding. In our communities and homes, it fosters a sense of belonging and support. As we go about our daily activities, let’s ask ourselves—are we building goodwill? Are we cultivating friendships that inspire growth, collaboration, and trust? These are the values that enrich our lives and create lasting impact. Have a beautiful Wednesday😍

Really enjoyed attending another informative event from our #EDI committee today on the importance of #allyship which was expertly lead by our #Pride Champion Stacey Reay and guest speaker Elliott Pentland-Middleton. Key takeaways:- 👉Allyship is most effective when modelled from the top down 👉Educate yourselves and your managers to enable them to fully support employees-training is key. 👉Challenge your own bias. We are all human and make mistakes but be willing to question and learn. 👉 Allyship can take many forms… from listening to lived experiences and challenges to celebrating Pride events and advocating on others behalf. All of these actions can help support and advance real change. #EDI #Pride #diversityandinclusion

Day 317 / 366 #InspireInNovember: J.K. ROWLING ✨From Rock Bottom to Wizarding Heights✨ J.K. Rowling's journey from struggling single mother to world-renowned author is a testament to the power of resilience, creativity, and determination. Before she became the mind behind the magical world of "Harry Potter", Rowling faced numerous hardships that could have easily made her give up on her dreams. In the early 1990s, Rowling found herself at one of the lowest points in her life. She was recently divorced, raising her daughter alone, and living on government assistance. Depression loomed over her, and at times, she felt hopeless. But even during these dark days, her imagination continued to spark with life. Sitting in a small cafe with her sleeping daughter beside her, Rowling poured her heart and soul into writing a story about a young wizard. She didn't have much, but she had an idea, a story that felt too magical to ignore. Her manuscript for "Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone" was rejected by 12 publishers. However, Rowling refused to let the rejections define her. Finally, a small publishing house, Bloomsbury, gave her a chance. The rest, as they say, is history. Today, the "Harry Potter" series has sold over 500 million copies, been translated into over 80 languages, and inspired blockbuster films, theme parks, and generations of fans worldwide. But more than the financial and global success, Rowling's story is a beacon of hope for dreamers everywhere. 💫 Lessons Learned from J.K. Rowling’s Journey 1. Resilience is Key 🛡️ Life will throw challenges at you, but your ability to persevere will determine your success. Rowling faced numerous setbacks, but she never gave up on her dream. 2. Believe in Your Ideas 🌟 Even when others doubt you, hold on to your vision. Rowling believed in her story, and that belief turned into a global phenomenon. 3. Embrace Failure as a Stepping Stone 📚 Rejections are not the end, they are lessons in persistence. Rowling’s rejections were part of her path to success, showing that failure can be a powerful motivator. #Inspiration #JKRowling #LessonsFromLife #Resilience #NeverGiveUp #Storytelling #DreamBig #LinkedInGrowth

🥳⚒️Happy Feast Day of St. Joseph the Worker. A great day for everyone on LinkedIn to celebrate your hard work. St. Josemaría Escrivá wrote that work is the fulcrum upon which human activity takes on divine meaning, and he highlights three aspects that operate in an organic way to mutually influence one another. The first is the sanctification of work, which is the most basic aspect and the root of the other two. The second is sanctifying oneself in work, which is a result of the first. The third is sanctifying others through work, which is a result of the preceding two aspects. So, celebrate your hard work today. Cheers! 🍻 #f3nation #archstl

Why Celebrate Children’s Day? We’re adults now, right? Childhood—what a magical time. A time when we thought anything was possible: - Astronaut? Why not. - Superhero? Definitely. - Pilot, actor, scientist? All at once! But then came adulthood—the relentless maturity that systematically erased that carefree imagination. Society handed us the "manual of life": - 10th grade: Score 90%. - 12th grade: Crack IIT. - 22: Get a job. - 26: Buy a car. - 29: Get married. - 32: Have kids. Somewhere along this journey, the child in us—the one who dreamed big, asked "why" a thousand times a day, and believed in being unique—was silenced. Writing this, I realize I’m guilty too. Somewhere, I let go of my inner child. But this Children’s Day, let’s change that. - Let’s give CPR to those forgotten dreams. - Let’s ask questions again. - Let’s dream the impossible, no matter how silly it sounds. Because childhood isn’t an age—it’s a feeling. It’s the courage to dream without limits and to live without fear of failure. Happy Children’s Day to everyone who still believes in the magic of dreams. 🌟

✨Lambeth’s 27yo Mayor inspired me ✨ This weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to meet the mayor of Lambeth, who was confidently rocking a hefty gold chain and would you believe he’s only 27 years old! It was a powerful reminder of the potential we all have to make a significant impact to our communities, regardless of our age. Meeting someone so young, yet so accomplished, really got me thinking about life goals and the paths we choose. At 27, many of us are probably still figuring out our career paths, personal goals, and ways to make a difference. Seeing the mayor's dedication and achievements, his aspirations as well as his personal fears and challenges, inspired me to reflect on where I was at that age, where we could all be at that age – or any age – with the right mix of passion, perseverance, and a bit of boldness. Whether you're just starting out in your career or you're a few years in, remember that age is just a number. Your dreams and goals are valid, and with hard work and determination, you can achieve more than you might think possible. I want to use his motivation. Let’s push ourselves to aim higher, and to support each other in our journeys! Here’s to setting big goals, embracing our unique paths, and believing in our potential to lead and inspire, no matter where we are in life. #LifeGoals #Inspiration #Leadership #Potential #DreamBig #StayMotivated #CommunityImpact #AgeIsJustANumber
