"We trained 80 MHFAs, I created a teams group and invited everyone to join and only 28 of them did" I hear this ALL the time, especially in large businesses. The concern is always that so many of them didn't sign up and then trying to figure out how to get them engaged. Truth is, if they can’t spend a minute joining a group then as a company, that's a clear indication that they’re not engaged... And might not even want to be a MHFA anymore. Instead of worrying about how many MHFAs you have, start focusing on the people that are already bought-in. These individuals are committed to their role and supporting colleagues. Don't neglect them. They will have far more impact than the 50 disengaged people you're trying to 'force' on board. Am I right? #mhfa #wellbeing #engagement #workplace
