Milestone Experience..... ❗ Every great achievement starts with small but significant steps, and for me, this was my first-ever stage presentation during a technical event. Sharing this moment of receiving the First Winner's Trophy feels surreal, but it’s the story behind it that matters most. Journey unforgettable: - Thorough Preparation: Success begins with being ready! I ensured every concept was clear, backed with extraordinary explanations to make my points resonate with the audience. - Team Collaboration Working alongside my team fueled creativity and gave our ideas a sharper edge. Collaboration brings out the best ! - Audience Engagement Capturing attention and keeping it alive was my top priority. Connecting with the viewers and tailoring the presentation to their interests helped enhance their involvement. - Learning from Others Listening to other presenters wasn’t just inspiring but also helped me identify key points to elevate my uniqueness. + This win wasn’t just about the award; it was a testament to how dedication, teamwork, and learning can push us to achieve greatness. ❗ The stage isn’t just a place to present—it’s a place to grow. And this milestone is just the beginning of my professional journey. Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way #PresentationSkills #Teamwork #ProfessionalGrowth #StageExperience #LearningToLead

🌠𝑨𝒊𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔, 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒍𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒔.🌠 I am thrilled to share that I’ve been recognized as the Employee of the Month for October! 🌟 This achievement means a lot, not only because of the honor itself but because of the journey that led to it. When the award was first introduced in August, I was hopeful to receive it right away. I believed I’d given my all and was confident that my efforts would be acknowledged. But sometimes, success takes a little longer to find you. When I didn’t win in August or even in September, I could’ve let disappointment get in the way. Instead, I took it as a challenge to push myself further. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: persistence, dedication, and self-improvement are the real drivers of success. 🌱 Sometimes the journey itself is what shapes you the most, and rewards come in their own time. Thanks to Advertising 360 for this recognition. Here’s to aim higher, working harder, and always reaching for the stars! 🚀✨ #EmployeeOfTheMonth #Persistence #GrowthMindset #Achievement #Grateful

🚀 Last week, I participated in Career Day at my daughter's 5th-grade class! 🎓✨ Imagine... sparking the curiosity of 30 energetic ten and eleven-year-olds about the thrilling possibilities in leadership and marketing. 🧐 How, you ask? Picture this: A vision board workshop tailored just for them, prepping for the big leagues—MIDDLE SCHOOL! MIDDLE. SCHOOL. Here’s how these young minds started sculpting their PERSONAL BRANDS: 1️⃣ Values/Passion - What do they care about a lot? What are some descriptive words as to why? 2️⃣ Inspiration - Who are the champions/brands they admire? 3️⃣ Target Audience - What type of friends do they want to make? 4️⃣ Service/Product - What problems are they best at solving? 5️⃣ Unique Selling Proposition - What do they SLAY at? 6️⃣ Creative Direction - What colors and styles represent them? How do they want to make people feel? And we did all this in 5th-grade terms. I could not have done it alone; my team showed up with me in the form of a video! Spotlight Branding Sofia Prestia Dylan Stebbins María José Sifontes Edward Dzialo Fanny C. Michael Pelletier Mamie Neely Lee ✨ Shaping the future by sharing our passions today. Here's to making learning fun and impactful! (and to SLAY-ing in Middle School) Who knew Career Day could be this inspiring? ✨ #CareerDay #Marketing #Leadership #PersonalBranding #FutureLeaders

Thank you Amanda Tomkoria, PhD Leslie Golay, Justin Higa and the broader team at Nike for inviting me to discuss the world of #skills management technology. We had a fascinating conversation about how the nature of skills management is changing due to technological innovation, explored myths and realities around becoming a more skills-based organization, and shared lessons learned about how to succeed (or fail) when using technology to rethink skills management. If anyone wants to learn more about what was talked about please let me know. p.s., thanks Amanda and Leslie for suggesting the Talent Tectonics product placement!

🚀 From Intern to CEO – A Journey of Persistence and Passion! 🚀 Elliott Hill’s rise to the top is a story that proves dreams don’t work unless you do! 🙌 Starting as an intern at Nike in 1988, Elliott’s relentless determination and belief in himself helped him climb the ranks over 32 years to become Nike’s new CEO! 👏 His story reminds us that success doesn’t come overnight—it’s earned through hard work, resilience, and never giving up. 💪 He once lobbied for 6 months to get his first job at Nike, telling the rep, “Everyone in my class has a job except me!” That perseverance paid off, and now he’s set to lead the brand he helped shape. Elliott’s leadership isn’t just about driving numbers, but about people, culture, and innovation. He lives by Nike’s motto and just did it. 🏆 So, wherever you are in your career—keep pushing, keep believing. Your journey is just beginning. 🌟 #Leadership #Motivation #JustDoIt #DreamBig #ElliottHill #Nike #CEO #SuccessStory #Perseverance #Inspiration #NeverGiveUp #CareerGrowth #LeadershipJourney #Teamwork #CultureAndValues #Innovation #Passion 👟 Keep running your race!

Sharing my previous experience and was glad to be a part of the #Sinarmas #BrandAmbassador year of 2020 Batch 1. This experience brought me to be a brand image for a huge company that has existed for more than 50+ years. Brand image is crucial for several reasons: 1. Emotional Connection: Brands with a strong image can evoke emotions and resonate with consumers on a personal level. This emotional connection can create long-lasting relationships and drive brand advocacy. 2. Consistency and Stability: A consistent brand image helps establish credibility and reliability in the minds of consumers. It signals stability and reinforces the perception that your company is trustworthy and dependable. 3. Attracting Talent: A positive brand image not only attracts customers but also attracts top talent. Potential employees are often drawn to companies with a strong reputation and positive image, leading to a more competitive hiring process. and many more you can check my work thru : https://lnkd.in/gjUvr-Ef

So you hit your goal…now what? 👀 We hit our 2024 goal at Elevate Experiences on September 2nd, and while I’m obviously thrilled and incredibly proud of our team, do you know what this tells me? We set our goal too low 😆 HOWEVER… When we originally set our goals for this year, we also set a STRETCH goal…i.e. Something that felt out of reach. I’m glad we did because now that’s what we’re working towards. Setting goals can be a funny thing…is it too low? Too high? Will it challenge my team? Will we feel defeated? Is it attainable? That’s why I think there’s value in setting a couple of different levels of your goal (i.e. a “regular” one and a “stretch” goal). → Have you ever done this? What is your experience with setting goals and what advice would you share? ____ BTW: If you need help with planning an upcoming experience or thinking strategically with your team, shoot me a DM. I would love to help!

Latest Addition: Manager Development Experience (MDE) Never stop dreaming, Never stop believing, Never give up, Never stop trying, and *Never stop LEARNING* Last Week I wrapped up my 6 Months Manager Development Experience (#MDE), I'm super excited to reflect on the profound growth and learning that have defined this transformative journey. From engaging with diverse individuals across the organisation to participating in thought-provoking discussions, every moment of this duration has been a catalyst for my overall development. Some highlights of the journey were: #growthmindset - Here we were asked to select a task and do it daily for 30 days without a break, to make sure this happens you also get a learning partner who ensures that task if being performed and vice versa. #scienceofhighperformance - Here we learned about 6 high performance habits i.e. Seek Clarity, Generate Energy, Raise Necessity, Increase Productivity, Develop Influence & Demonstrate Courage along with the learning there were live workout sessions to get the practical experience. Applying these with my team members helped me further refine my leadership skills. #collaboration - We got an opportunity to share our learnings with our fellow participants and in return get their invaluable insights. Throughout the journey, the core values of #adidas – courage, ownership, innovation, teamplay, integrity, and respect – served as guiding principles. Embracing these values not only enhanced my professional development but also enriched my personal growth journey. Thanks you Nicole Schachter, MBA & Natalie Gaksch for your dedication and expertise in delivering engaging and insightful sessions. Your magical ability to make each sessions interactive was really amazing. A big thank you to my manager and coach, Nazlı Uekötter, for consistently guiding, sharing real experiences, and monitoring the progress of my MDE journey. To sum up my #MDE journey, it has been a roller coaster ride of learning, collaboration, self reflection and self exploration. From mindset workshops to hands-on practice sessions, every bit has shaped me into a better leader. Thank you once again to each and every one of you, be my team, my manager and everyone in Adidas who was a part of this amazing journey with me. #Adidas #yougotthis
