SCB Mobile Banking App Fund Transfer Redesign 🔶 The time and effort were all worth it when I finally saw it come to life. Contributing to the team was both challenging and incredibly fun. This project focused on improving the Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Mobile Banking App to make it easier to use and fix key issues. We worked on solving problems like missing important features on the homepage, hard-to-find menus, and a slow fund transfer process. The redesign added important functions to the homepage and introduced a clear 'Send Money' button. We also combined different fund transfer options, including BEFTN, NPSB, and RTGS, to make the process. Shoutout to my fellow teammates! Nayem Islam, Md Al Amin Rasel, Towhidul Isalm Firose, Sakib Reza, and Shohag Hossan for their constant effort. Check out the full UI/UX case study here: https://lnkd.in/gXkpba5V I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Cheers!

Let's migrate to #BIMBMobile App now! Read the piece here :) #BankIslam #GoBeyondAtBankIslam #WeBuildLivesNotJustCareers
Friday, 6 December 2024 I am thrilled to share a fantastic feedback I recently received about Bank Islam’s new Mobile Banking App. The customer was full of praise for our new BIMB Mobile but left me with this thought at the end. “Maybe it is about time Bank Islam have a look at the Internet Online Banking Web page now?” Well, here’s the good news. On 21 November 2024, we not only launched a new mobile app but also rolled out our brand-new Internet Banking site - BIMB Web. Check it out at web.bimb.com. At Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, we’re committed to delivering seamless, secure, and user-friendly banking experiences across all platforms. P.S. The customer’s full review is shared in the comments section below.

Open Banking - The future is now, here is a great article detailing the 3 pillars: 1. Consumers in control (of their data) 2. Accreditation and security standards for any entity wanting to take part in the open banking ecosystem (ensuring that customer data is only shared with trusted, vetted providers). 3. Managing liability - liability must shift with the data. Really interesting article!
