🚫 Do the Things That Make You Uncomfortable Before 2025 rolls in, let’s talk about stepping out of your comfort zone and actually trying the things you’ve been putting off! For me, that meant trying a few new experiences before the year ends: 1️⃣ Pickleball – I played with people who were far better than me and, honestly, that was half the fun. It was awkward at first, but I did it, and now I’m hooked strangely! 2️⃣ Cold Water Therapy – Took a plunge into the sea for this one… and let’s just say I’ve confirmed I’m not a beach lover nor have I ever been. Did I enjoy it? Not really, but now I know for sure it’s not for me. Here’s the thing: It’s not about loving everything you try, it’s about showing up, taking the chance, and learning something new about yourself. Eleanor Roosevelt said it best: “Do one thing every day that scares you. Those small things that make us uncomfortable help us build courage to do the work we do.” So, what’s one thing you’ve actually tried this year? Let me know!
