As we enter election week, many of us may feel heightened stress and even self-doubt. These are natural responses during times of uncertainty, but there are ways to ground yourself and protect your peace. Here are three powerful techniques from Peer Impact Partner, Tye Hunter, to help you overcome self-doubt and maintain confidence: ➡️ Challenge Your Inner Critic - Start a 'wins journal' to document feedback and achievements, no matter how small. Revisiting these positive moments helps quiet your inner critic. ➡️ Take 'Perfect' Action - Break big goals into smaller, actionable steps. Focus on progress, not perfection, and try celebrating each small win for five minutes—it adds up. ➡️ Find Your Support System - Connect with those who lift you up and keep a record of moments of support to revisit whenever you need a boost. Self-doubt has nothing to do with who you are at your core. Let's use this week as an opportunity to reinforce our confidence and support one another. How do you work through moments of self-doubt, especially during stressful times? We'd love to hear your tips in the comments. #InnerBeliefTherapy #ElectionWeekSupport #OvercomeSelfDoubt #MindfulGrowth #RTTTips #MentalHealthMatters #ProfessionalConfidence #BeliefInChange
